I've applied latest forward ported patches from

The resulting kernel works well for me (at least on amd64 arch).

Fell free to reuse my little work

and what is your purpose?

I need to have a kernel with a newer iscsi support than the lenny one, so while I'm waiting for pv_ops inclusion in mainline kernel I'm trying to make a dom0-enabled kernel package with patches from suse/gentoo.

I don't want you to do anything, only I want to share my efforts, just in case of someone needing of it.
