Package: linux-image-2.6.23-1-686
Version: 2.6.23-2
Severity: normal

As of this kernel image, suddenly my Thinkpad A21m's sound card is no
longer supported. On boot, no snd-* modules are loaded (those showing in
the logs below come from a USB headset).

$ locate snd-cs46xx

ie. no module in 2.6.23-1-686.
