Severity: minor

Hi,

I have Sun Ultra5 running Etch. Sometimes, I see kernel message like:
Kernel unaligned access at TPC[45dc5c] handle_futex_death+0x20/0x90

For example, I reboot today in 2.6.18-5-sparc64:

--8<--
ultra5:~# tail /var/log/kern.log
Jan 20 16:01:56 ultra5 kernel: device-mapper: ioctl: 4.7.0-ioctl (2006-06-24) initialised: dm-devel@redhat.com
Jan 20 16:01:56 ultra5 kernel: kjournald starting. Commit interval 5 seconds
Jan 20 16:01:56 ultra5 kernel: EXT3 FS on hda1, internal journal
Jan 20 16:01:56 ultra5 kernel: EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
Jan 20 16:01:56 ultra5 kernel: eth0: Link is up using internal transceiver at 100Mb/s, Full Duplex.
Jan 20 16:21:10 ultra5 kernel: Kernel unaligned access at TPC[45dc6c] handle_futex_death+0x20/0x90
Jan 20 16:21:41 ultra5 last message repeated 2 times
Jan 20 16:21:44 ultra5 last message repeated 2 times
Jan 20 16:24:08 ultra5 kernel: Kernel unaligned access at TPC[45dc6c] handle_futex_death+0x20/0x90
Jan 20 16:24:08 ultra5 kernel: Kernel unaligned access at TPC[45dc6c] handle_futex_death+0x20/0x90
--8<--

Severity is minor because I haven't noticed anything
being affected by this message.

No further feedback, please reopen if the problem persists in more
