First I hope it is correct to report bugs against this kernel that is not in the usual repositories (it is taken from http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net/debian-kernel/).
USB Keyboard Microsoft Natural 4000 is not working with this kernel version, but it does work with the kernel from unstable "linux-image-2.6.26-1-amd64". By not functioning I mean that nothing happens no matter what buttons I press. The computer is an "Asus PRO72S" laptop. Other USB devices like a mouse do work, and everything else from the laptop functions correctly.

I would recommend to use the current 2.6.30 kernel from unstable/testing,
since older versions contain a trivially exploitable local root exploit.
