Steps to reproduce on dom0...
#mount -t debugfs none_debugfs /sys/kernel/debug
#cat /sys/kernel/debug/usbmon/1u
....kernel panic.

Does not seem to be a problem with linux-image-2.6.26-2-amd64 (non-xen).
