Bug#541169: linux-image-2.6.30-1-amd64 : sis190 driver doesn't work with Ethernet Adpator

Package: linux-image-2.6.30-1-amd64
Version: 2.6.30-5
Severity: important

My Ethernet device is unusable with amd64 kernels (2.6.26 ... 2.6.30).
When connected to a dhcp server, the system gets a IP address, but
no connection is possible :

pier@cosidlvm~% sudo dhclient eth2
There is already a pid file /var/run/dhclient.pid with pid 5346
killed old client process, removed PID file

The interface can ping itself :

rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.023/0.035/0.061/0.019 ms

But nothing else :
pier@cosidlvm~% ping 192.168.9.1 (the dhcp server)

It is not a firewall issue :
pier@cosidlvm~% sudo iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

When I reboot to a 32bits system (same machine, same dhcp server),
only 3 Go of memory are in use ; it works then properly :

I found a message on the Internet about network being unusable after upgrading from 2Go to 4Go.
