Bug#494363: thecus nic driver multicast issue

I cannot reproduce this at all. My N2100 with lenny and tbm's lenny
kernels works fine with IPv6. Following the instructions by Steve
Langasek, I verified with `ip neigh` that the N2100 ('vizier') and
my laptop ('lapse') did not know each other, and that the N2100 was
not in promisc or allmulti mode, and then ran `tcpdump` on the
laptop and pinged the N2100 from the laptop:

or with hostnames, if you prefer:

  19:10:01.752628 IP6 lapse.oerlikon.madduck.net > ff02::1:ff30:386a: ICMP6, neighbor solicitation, who has vizier.oerlikon.madduck.net, length 32

I have been using the N2100 with IPv6 for about 2 weeks now and
never had a single problem.

The machine also has a rtl8169 switch, albeit connected to a 100Mbit
switch.
