when shutting down machine, there is a black screen and no logs, just
random pixels (not text) displayes in first line.

booting up is ok.

i am not sure is it kernel, or display driver..

I don't fully understand. Does the machine fail to power down?

Normally when shutting down system X-Server is killed and console becomes visible so all logs are visible as shutting down. In my case there was black screen with randomly displayed wite pixels instead. So something with displaying logs on console is wrong. After few seconds macine had power down normally.
