Bug#539369: linux-2.6: parisc64-smp fails to boot on J5600: Badness at smp.c:369

Whatever the problem is, it looks to be solved in upstream 2.6.31-rc4.
That boots correctly (with config based on config-2.6.30-1-parisc64-smp).

Attached the dmesg from the successful boot. Important differences:
- the "Badness at smp.c" warning is gone!
- the memory zone info is back
- init for PCI devices shows up
(was absent in .2[46]-smp and .30-smp, but present in 2.6.30-up)

Cheers,
FJP
