Bug#524571: Is it related to cron?

I by pass this problem with changing in the /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp
file the line

- (dom0-cpus 0)
+ (dom0-cpus 1)

I'm monitoring the server and it's up since 28 days

So, change this line (it's easy and cheaper) and try to see what's happen. And 
if not works, send some new to the bug.

PS the idea of the workarround is from S. Pfeffer so the merit is for him ;-) 
but I can confirm that at least from me is working.
