This is insane. You have one redundancy out of 16.

No, it is not Mb/s, aka megabit per second. It is MiB/s and this per
disk.

> 15TB/210 min = 71GB/min = 1,19 GB/s

70*16 = 1120

I fail to see a discrepancy.
