translate low level in advanced. :)

i don't see the point in cluttering update-initramfs with that,
once you have different configdirs for initramfs-tools you already
have advanced usage of it.

update-initramfs shouldn't stress an average "Ubuntu User"
if he has to throw that from time to time to the console.
having too many options for it is not it's design.
