Bug#517748: linux-image-2.6.26-1-686 System locks up under heavy disk load (MD Resync e.g.)

I have got the same locks up problem, I believe. I have an NC20 netbook and under heavy hard drive load, the system locks up. This is my lspci:

Also, I have Ubuntu Jaunty installed with kernel 2.6.28-13-generic. I wanted to post my reply on the Debian bug report page, but I did not understand how. Could you do that?
