Bug#526805: firmware-iwlwifi: wlan0 needs extra poke to come up

Argh. I'm an idiot. The above from /etc/network/interfaces /should/ have
been:

wireless_essid mtbc at home

That works fine. I've not looked hard into this issue since a few
versions of things back, so if there ever was a real problem, it was
probably fixed and I didn't notice because of that other mistake.

I don't know why I used to have the " - maybe by analogy with
wpa-supplicant.conf - but it sure isn't good now.

(It doesn't explain why the Debian installer couldn't pick up DHCP over
wifi but now I have Linux installed on that machine it's not an issue
for me. Still, if anybody wants my help in looking into it, they should
feel free to ask.)
