Last working kernel is: 2.6.26-2-686 (reboot/halt ok on AC and battery, has issues with rt-wireless on suspend/resume). A bios-update to version 1903 and some workarounds (unload snd_hda_intel module and/or unload rt2860sta module before reboot/halt) found on the net did not help.
