Bug#519292: Netdev watchdog timeout

After some hours when I copy big file between in the local net or when
use azureus the device network eth0 go down.
I need to restart the networking service in order to to go up the
eth0. After some minutes the net device go down again.
I have PCI net IP1000A.

In the syslog I see
