Bug#506419: also with ipv4

retitle 506419 high volumes of traffic kill forcedeth chip
tags 506419 -ipv6
found 506419 2.6.26-13
thanks

I just managed to reproduce this with plain IPv4 traffic: sending
a huge file to the machine via SSH killed the network chip. The only
way to get the network card to work again for any sort of traffic
was with a rmmod/modprobe cycle of the driver.

Joy!

I hope to exchange the motherboard soon so be sure that this isn't
a hardware problem.
