Bug#511514: initramfs-tools: unconditionally runs lilo when both lilo and grub2 are installed

if do_bootloader is set it is always respected,
unless grub is not found.

ok can be added, but where does the grub binary hide on this box?
should be probably exchanged anyway with
 [ -x "$(command -v grub)" ]
