Justification: renders package unusable

When trying to build out-of-tree kernel modules like lirc-modules-source, the
build with m-a fails after this message:

 /usr/bin/make -C /lib/modules/2.6.24-etchnhalf.1-686/build SUBDIRS=/usr/src/modules/lirc/drivers/lirc_dev modules \
                KBUILD_VERBOSE=1

 test -e include/linux/autoconf.h -a -e include/config/auto.conf || (
        echo;                                                           \
        echo " ERROR: Kernel configuration is invalid."; \
        echo "         include/linux/autoconf.h or include/config/auto.conf are missing.";        \
        echo " Run 'make oldconfig && make prepare' on kernel src to fix it."; \
        echo;                                                           \
        /bin/false)

After this message the build fails.

This check is wrong since a long time. Use a version of this modules
