eSATA & External USB Device: patch for the new release?? :)

Hi people,
my name is Vincenzo Calabrò and, for sure, I am a "debianized".
I work so much using edge and this is the first time that I found a bug not still
solved by your great team!
Searching on Internet I found a similar problem with the 3.5 external hard disk
of cooler master manufacture.
I have 2.5 version but the problem is the same:

usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 5
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 6
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 7
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 7, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 8
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 8, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 9
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 10
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: device descriptor read/64, error -32
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 11
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 11, error -110
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 12
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 12, error -110

Hence, searching on internet I found someone that propose a kernel patch to solve
this problem:

http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-usb-devel@lists.sourceforge.net/msg56827.html

=> http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8639 <=

I really will appreciate if in the next release of edge kernel this patch (or maybe one by Debian team ;) )
will be present and, let me say something more,

I want to say a great thanks to all Debian developers because their work make me able to work fine
with the best operating system in the world! :-)

Kind regards, Vincenzo
