The output of lsmod is missing. Anyway 'lsmod | grep snd' would be
easier.
What tells:

# cat /etc/modules
# cat /etc/modprobe.d/sound

For a first approach do
# echo snd-hda-intel >> /etc/modules.

Is udev running on your system?
