It' failing to retrieve ID data from your drive. The code contains
the following comment, which you might've hit:

|*      FIXME: ATA_CMD_ID_ATA is optional for early drives and right
|*      now we abort if we hit that case.
 
Does this error still occur with more recent kernel versions?
