Bug#481595: [linux-image-2.6-sparc64] Network interface eth0 could not be brought up

This bug continue to appear with latest kernel on sid. Another thing
that may be interesting and worth to note is that the X server could no
more be launched on this new kernel. So no more ethernet and no more X
server. Is this platform dead?
