Bug#503133: kernel: Eject fails on SATA DVD-RAM

When trying to eject the tray from my DVD-RAM from gnome, i get 'unable 
to mount media...' and when i try from a vt with eject -fv it spits out the
following error :

This is a LG HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH20NS10 I bought today.
