Since this is a kernel crash, we have a kernel bug; reassigning.
Do you have the keyutils package installed, and have you configured
/etc/request-key.conf to point at cifs.upcall?
Yes, I have keyutils installed and my /etc/request-key.conf contain 2 line:
create cifs.spnego * * /usr/sbin/cifs.upcall %k
create dns_resolver * * /usr/sbin/cifs.upcall %k
