Bug#283545: marked as done (Should be a way to tell debian version of running kernel)

There should be a way to tell the Debian version of the running kernel.
This allows comparison against the installed kernel package, so the
admin knows if they need to reboot.

[19:27:19] <dilinger> w/ the currently running version, and perhaps some other info
[19:29:24] <dilinger> maybe kernel-package version used
