This is probably due to some kind of race in device backend
setup/teardown.  My testing system creates and destroys domUs at a
very high rate compared to most normal environments.

At the moment this system is still running following this oops but I
want to reboot it as it has wedged in a way probably related to the
oops.

Yes, that would seem to be the case.  /proc/version says

So I shall reboot and I think we can assume this bug is fixed unless
it recurs.
