I make it around 10k on the vmlinux (3489678-3479036=10642) or 6k on the
bzImage (1542-1536). Changing CONFIG_XEN_FBDEV_FRONTEND and
CONFIG_XEN_KBDDEV_FRONTEND to =m also caused these symbols to follow:
