Bug#494435: linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64: scripts/gcc-x86_64-has-stack-protector.sh missing
Package: linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64
Version: 2.6.26-2
Severity: normal
Hello,
When building external modules on linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64,
I get the following error messages:
$ make -C /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64/ M=$PWD
/bin/sh: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64/scripts/gcc-x86_64-has-stack-protector.sh: No such file or directory
/bin/sh: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64/scripts/gcc-x86_64-has-stack-protector.sh: No such file or directory
make: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.26-1-amd64'
[...]
The build seems to complete fine anyway, so I don't know exactly what
this missing file is needed for.
thanks,
Brice
