Bug#488755: Turn off hard(bug in kernel and ntfs)

When I was working with my computer, I heard a sound like this "tegh"
from my hard disk. I didn't hear it before. After a minute computer goes
down, it showed some error on terminal(I/O error... journal error...)
and there weren't any command on my computer!(it seem, someone removed
all command!) I forced to reboot it manually, in next login when I heard
it again, I saw the log/message and it was something like this:

I think this is kernel bug, or maybe ntfs bug! I don't know what I can
do, but I removed ntfs package this morning and I didn't hear that sound
again until now.
Note: I worked with Fedora an Suse10.3, before Debian, but I hadn't that
error, anyway!
