This was long time ago, since then I have updated to sid. I will take a look for the new debian installer image (lenny) and let you know eventually.

Apparently nobody responded to your message; sorry about this.

If you still have your Indigo2, can you please test the current
stable release (etch, which has a 2.6.18 kernel) as well as the
current beta 2 for lenny (which has kernel 2.6.24).
