Bug#428895: Configuring Xen domain 0 to use serial console

It is possible to use a serial console with a Xen kernel by configuring
Xen to use a serial console and Linux to use the Xen console, which may
(confusingly) actually be masquerading as ttyS in the 2.6.18 kernels.

For example I use "xen.gz com1=115200,8n1 console=com1" together with
"vmlinuz console=/dev/ttyS0 xencons=ttyS" (the xencons=ttyS is redundant
in the kernel from Etch since it is the default in domain0)

Unfortunately this doesn't help with wanting to use serial ports for
non-console use in domain 0, although passing xencons={off, tty} might
free up the ttyS device major for 8250.ko to use.
