This happened during normal use, and seems to be the same as reported in
http://lkml.org/lkml/2006/10/31/257 and http://lkml.org/lkml/2006/11/4/45

fixed in commit 45c18b0bb579b5c1b89f8c99f1b6ffa4c586ba08
that landed in 2.6.19 as this linux image was never uploaded
to unstable just mark .20 as the one that fixed the issue.
