The image don't find the swap partition.
The fstab indicate sda5, but image want hda5:
/dev/sda5 none swap sw 0 0
Than I write: /dev/sda5 its start normally.
The error is:

device names are not stable. the kernel never guaranteed that.
it is userspace policy use UUID to have stable device names.
