2.6.24-1-686 - speedstep-centrino.ko - No such device

Hi Debian Kernel Team,

modprobe speedstep_centrino
FATAL: Error inserting speedstep_centrino 
(/lib/modules/2.6.24-1-686/kernel/arch/x86/kernel/cpu/cpufreq/speedstep-centrino.ko): 
No such device


Just updated from 2.6.23-1-686 to 2.6.24-1-686 yesterday on an bleeding 
edge sid and noticed later on the coming back of pitching cpu noices on 
the laptop  [* 
http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Talk:Problem_with_high_pitch_noises]. 
Normaly a script would set `echo 2 > 
/sys/module/processor/parameters/max_cstate` when not in docking 
station, but as of 2.6.24-1-686 this seem gone due the error above.
