uname:
Linux barebone1 2.6.24-1-amd64 #1 SMP Mon Feb 11 13:47:43 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I do get a good picture now, but isochronous channel allocation is not
implemented, so I can't read out more than one camera at a time. This
maybe workable for users who only have one IEEE1394 device that uses an
isochronous channel, but for me it is still useless; I need to read out
at least four cameras simultaneously (which works flawlessly with the
stable stack).

It may not be a fault of the new stack, because libdc1394-22 itself just
doesn't provide channel allocation. I'll try the latest revision from
Subversion later.
