Bug#463908: Fails to initialize USB on Dell OptiPlex 745 (maybe because of pnpacpi limits)

Hi, I am observing similar logs on a Dell Dimension 9100.

First the line:
pnpacpi: exceeded the max number of IO resources: 40

Then some usb error messages, but boot continues successfully and all
usb devices work (could not test mem card reader).

is the pnacpi line something serious or should it be ignored?
