Hi,

attached is a compatibility script for make-kpkg to build xen
kernels. The script can be used with

make-kpkg --added-patches xen clean
make-kpkg --added-patches xen configure

The apply script calls the debian patch with the right arch/subarch
arguments and the unapply script is just a 1:1 copy of the debian one.

The same is needed for vserver and xen-vserver.
