this last minute change is not clean.

why do you *readd* plenty of configs that are best handled
in the topconfig. there is no reason that the versatile config
should diverge in fs or network settings for example.

the current aim is to have minimal configs / flavour and
your commit does exactly the inverse.
please rework in trunk.
