Hello

I've an laptop hp compaq nx8220 with intel ich6 chipset.
When the boot prozess starts, my cpu fan will be disabled until the acpi
modul is loaded or the acpid starts.
Normaly the time is short enough so i reach "only" 75°C (acpi tolds me
that).
If the fsck of the harddisk run's because of "40 run's without check"
(or something like this) fsck run's without cpu fan.

If this test finished and sometimes later the acpi modul is loaded it
say's 95°C.

I think this problem was exists in 2.6.18 too.

bootloader is grub 0.97-27
acpid 1.0.4-7.1
