Bug#410807: XEN hangs on xm create

Hi,

i'm running Debian etch on a HP Proliant DL580 and i need to
get the system productiv.
If i run a "xm create" sometimes i get the kernel messages:

The problem is critical to me, because i could not start production
on this system. Xen is needed because the should run a dynamic count
of systems.

Systeminformations:

libc6-xen                              2.3.6.ds1-13

Th first system config /etc/xen/e8npnu03.sxp

# network
dhcp     = "off"
vif      = [ 'bridge=xenbr0' ]

# runlevel

Any ideas, how i can get fast in production without the risk in a "xm
create"?
