Bug#453818: linux-image-2.6.22-3-amd64: USB ports disabled after resume from suspend (over-current change)

After resuming from suspend in 1 out of 5 cases all USB devices attached to my system are unpowered. Plugging out and in again
resurrects the USB system. dmesg says:

I think the resume code should try harder and reset the hub in case of an over-current change.
