Bug#453678: linux-image-2.6.22-3-amd64: shutdown ok but no power off on my HP6715 laptop

To add. The fresh 2.6.23-9 from kernel.org  does not exhibit this power 
off problem. Everything else seems fine for me too. BTW: this kernel 
feels quicker too.

Anyways this bug is fixed somewhere along the line of kernel 
development. I guess it should be wishlisted for Debian's own.

This is my first bug report so bear with me on how to do that....
