Bug#391867: port is slow to respond, please be patient....I'm not



I still have the same problem with the current kernel.
The exact same system was working great with Debian Sarge and 2.6.8-2 kernel

Current problem system: Debian Etch

Supermicro P8SCi with Intel E7221 ICH6R bios 1.1C
Two SATA Seagate ST3160827AS Rev: 3.42
Same errors with and without APIC enabled
