Bug#447018: BUG: warning at kernel/cpu.c:51/unlock_cpu_hotplug() patch
Package: linux-2.6
Version: 2.6.18.dfsg.1-13etch3
Severity: minor
Hi,
We are getting loads of these:
Call Trace:
[<ffffffff8025d000>] .text.lock.mutex+0x5/0x14
[<ffffffff80293e27>] unlock_cpu_hotplug+0x3f/0x6c
[<ffffffff8027d958>] sched_getaffinity+0x7e/0x93
[<ffffffff8029c612>] compat_sys_sched_getaffinity+0x1d/0x4c
[<ffffffff8025aa87>] sysenter_do_call+0x1b/0x67
There is a patch at: http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/2/16/4 which I've
confirmed is in 2.6.22. The actual error isn't harmful, just
annoying/worrying!
It would be great if this "swap two lines" patch could be included in
the next etch release.
Thanks,
Adrian
