The only error message you've given us is "Kernel panic", which tells us
nothing. A kernel panic at boot is most likely a result of an inability to
mount the root filesystem, but we need a lot more information to debug this
since there are any number of reasons why this might fail. Please send us
the boot-time error messages leading up to the kernel panic.
