problem w/ snapshot builds?

Its been over 24 hrs since I committed something to the etch branch
and I haven't yet seen new builds appear in:
 http://kernel-archive.buildserver.net/pool/main/l/linux-2.6/

So, I checked the status page to see if there was a failure, but it
looks like its currently down:
  http://stats.buildserver.net/packages/status.php?email=debian-kernel&packages=&arches=&subdist=kernel-dists

Last night it said the page was last updated Jan 1, 1970 - today it
has a current date, but I still don't see any logs.

I assumed snapshot builds happened automatically - but maybe I need
trigger one somehow? Or are snapshots just offline atm?
