ipw3945d provides /etc/modprobe.d/ipw3945d with an "install ipw3945"
line, unfortunately without passing $CMDLINE_OPTS to the modprobe
command specified there.

Therefore, it is not possible to load ipw3945 with, say, debug=0x43fff
without specifying -i.
