Bug#423006: Bugs merged

Hi!

I've reassigned the bug we had against xen to initramfs-tools, as it is, as
reported, the same bug, and being a bug with the image generation we can't do
anything on our side about it.

Also I re-raised the severity to critical because, as stated by the severity
description, this bug "makes unrelated software on the system (or the whole
system) break".  Namely it breaks xen, or whole systems with xen installed.

Feel free to lower its severity if you think this is inappropriate, but please
provide a reason, so I can know why I am mistaken! :)
