Bug#428783: linux-latest-2.6: Use new Breaks field to avoid installing new kernel image if old packaged modules are installed

This looks like a good solution too. I'm not sure I like the name of the
provided package but that's nitpicking at this point. What about
linux-latest-abi-2.6.21-1-686?
